I've got lots of self made pictures with different templates. I didn't make it now, just kept them... Anyone can request for them too.
They come in different colours, designs, and below are some samples I made for my "customers".

Edit: Btw, I used photoscape to make those pictures. And added.
I use gimp for advanced editing.
